We had an incredible dinner for 5 at Il Borgo. The Cod and culatello cicchetti (appetizers) were fabulous! Our mains of Pappardelle with duck ragù, braised beef and beef fillet with porcini mushrooms were also incredible! The chef came over to speak with us and we had a great conversation about his local ingredients and his meticulous preparation of the dishes. We highly recommend Il Borgo for dinner.

The restaurant opened a few weeks ago. I went for dinner with friends and had a really good time. The dining room is managed by a very kind and knowledgeable person. I haven't had the chance to meet the chef, but his dishes are truly WOW. The menu includes four appetizers, four first courses, four second courses, and desserts. (I love it when there aren't a thousand dishes to choose from.) The presentation is very elegant and thoughtful, which is no small thing in my opinion. I ate really well and will be back soon to try some of their other specialties.

Fast, friendly, and very professional service. Excellent quality food, delicious, made with love and passion. Satisfying portions. Relaxing and elegant atmosphere, with a very clean, well-kept, and quiet environment. Wide selection of food and wines. The price is a bit high, but considering the ingredients are sourced from small farmers and the excellent combination of flavors, I think it's worth it. I had a first course (tagliatelle with duck ragù), a second course (guinea fowl with cherry sauce), a dessert (tiramisu), and a coffee. You can see talent, professionalism, and passion. One of the best elegant restaurants I've ever visited. 9/10

The restaurant is meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail, with impeccable customer service, not to mention the chef's attention to detail in preparing the dishes. Each dish elevates everything described on the menu. Best restaurant I've been to in recent years.

I had lunch at this restaurant and was truly satisfied. The quality of the food is excellent, with fresh ingredients and dishes prepared with great care. The service was impeccable: the staff were kind, attentive, and always available without being intrusive. The atmosphere is welcoming and well-maintained. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. Definitely one of the best restaurants I've tried in recent times. I'll gladly return and recommend it without hesitation.

Ristorante meraviglioso. Le proposte sul menù sono davvero deliziose, è evidente la ricerca e selezione dei prodotti fatta con grande cura e sopratutto con varianti stagionali. Il personale è gentile, educato e molto disponibile per le mie richieste date alcune intolleranze alimentari. Il servizio è curato in ogni minimo dettaglio, dall’accoglienza fino alla chiusura del pasto. Rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero ottimo, sicuramente uno dei migliori ristoranti provati negli ultimi 10 anni, assolutamente consigliato, torneremo molto presto! 👍🏻😇
