The best meal we had in Verona. Dishes were uniformly delicious, and often had an unexpected twist. The wine list is extensive and well curated. The service is exceptionally kind and very accommodating of dietary requirements (in my case gluten free - they do gf pasta).

If there was more star to give, I would have. Coming from hospitality background, it’s not everyday that you encounter such class and professionalism in a restaurant, from the moment you walk in, to the moment you walk out. Few points that got me stunned: 1- A fun to read, and accessible to all pockets wine list. 2- presentation of the food classic, simple and straightforward; taste of the food stunning. 3- attention to details in every single aspect of the the restaurant. 4- and most important: an owner that know the weight of his restaurant, and yet makes you fell at home. I live in Sydney, and I can’t wait to visit Benda again the next time we are back. Bravo Vittorio and team, keep up the great work you guys are doing.

Love the decor, music and all the attention to details down to the menu, utensils and even holder used for bill. Implacably clean, no stray flies (worth mentioning because every single restaurants we’ve been to had one or two flies sharing bread with us). Warm hospitable service with pretty good food. The lamb ribs was especially delicious. Flavourful and well executed. Bread was good unlike most other restaurants where it’s almost an afterthought. Pasta was alright but we’re not a good judge because we were not hungry. Texture was nice and firm. Meat could be more tender. Tiramisu had a lovely sauce but could use a more aromatic chocolate with less fat (this was a little oily and waxy when cold, and had an alkalised cocoa powder aroma). Most people will still enjoy this. We’re just more particular about chocolate. Overall a very enjoyable experience and would recommend anyone to visit. The service makes you smile.

All the dishes are really yummy, strong flavored, original. Even the bread served was the best we have ate in italy in the last 2weeks. All the dishes we ate were so good. Even the rose cake with mascapone was finger licking yummy. The cake was toasted to perfection and the mascapone was light and fragrant with butter taste. The mango sauce on the foei gras was just nice, not overly sweet and blended very well with the dish. Service here was top notch.

Excellent in every way. The traditional dishes were truly well-prepared. The place is warm and welcoming. I hope they keep the onion soup on the menu all winter because it was spectacular, and I'll definitely be back.

After a while, I finally managed to go. I have to say, the atmosphere is sophisticated, but not overly so. The food and wine were excellent. The menus were a bit worn and creased, and the wine list has seen better days. But nitpicking aside, I highly recommend the place. The price is in line with the quality of the food. I'll definitely be back.

I had lunch with friends. I'm from the Brescia area, and it was a pleasant surprise. Everything was delicious. I thank the girl who served me. Since I don't eat fish and the only gnocchi on the menu that day was with shrimp, she did everything she could to please me and let me enjoy a plate of amazing gnocchi, without the fish, of course! And I should add that we had seconds of some egg and truffle dishes. I'll take the liberty of criticizing the plating of the tartare (you can't see it 😅😉), but the taste was very good!

Fantastic place! As soon as we arrived, the waitress sat us at the table we'd reserved. After perusing the menu and ordering our dishes, she was able to recommend two glasses of white wine to pair with our dishes. All of the dishes were truly exquisite, as well as breathtaking to look at. To finish, the dessert, especially the BENDAMISÙ, was, I think, the best tiramisu I've ever had. We'll definitely be back, perhaps in the summer to try something new on their menu!
