Great restaurant. We enjoyed our food a lot. They have some vegetarian options and wide variety of wine. The stuff is really friendly and speaks English but the place itself is not very touristic. You won’t be disappointed.

The food was absolutely delicious, I had duck tortellini which was the best duck I've ever tasted. It was so smooth that it literally melted in my mouth. The waiters were also really nice and extremely kind, even though there were only two on that day they still managed to be attentive to us and remembered our orders perfectly, meanwhile uplifting the mood by some great smiles. They could perfectly speak English, so communicating was easy. The atmosphere inside the place was also fantastic - perfect for a date.

Hidden away in a small street, this location is a real gem. We were walk-ins for lunch and enjoyed a fantastic lunch of creamed cod on polenta and duck tortelli. The food was exquisite, the service warm yet professional and the place is a beautiful combination of exposed stone walls and modern mid century decor. Definitely recommend!

Housed in a medioeval building in the heart of Verona's city centre, Trattoria La Pigna offers a menu that is rooted in the traditional Italian cuisine but not too much linked to the strictly local dishes. While the choice is not very wide, it is enough for an acceptable choice. The dishes are well cooked and presented and the service is fairly professional and efficient. Prices are average.
