Do your taste buds a favor and visit INKA!!!!!!! I have been to many qualitative restaurants but nothing beats this experience. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful this restaurant is. The atmosphere is delightful, the service outstanding, and the food even better. Each dish is served with a detailed explanation of its ingredients and origin, which greatly enhances both the flavor experience and the overall enjoyment. As for my starter — Ostrica ponzu I was so impressed by the combination of ingredients that I ordered it four more times! For my main course, I chose the ceviche nikkei , having already tried the ceviche classico on a previous visit, and I was blown away by both. I paired the incredibly flavorful dishes with a variety of cocktails, including: pisco sour, amarillo punch & many more The restaurant is divided into two parts: In one half, you can enjoy a calm and elegant atmosphere with beautifully set, white tablecloth-covered tables. In the other half, the vibe is a bit more casual, giving you the wonderful opportunity to watch the chefs and bartenders at work — a performance of focus and craftsmanship. The service truly made the experience unforgettable, and I will absolutely return anytime. This is my personal recommendation to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience: You won’t find a Restaurant combining quality, quantity, wonderful atmosphere, outstanding service and extraordinary flavor so perfectly as INKA does.

A must-go-to for the lovers of Peru 🇵🇪 The Peru experience menu was incredible: every dish is a one way ticket to a different location of this beautiful nation. Our waiter has been the perfect “pilot” and went above and beyond to exceed our expectations! If you’re looking for a one hour trip to Lima this is the place to go.

Very friendly. Delicious ceviche. Squid in rice is very good. I had a sprained knee and they were glad to offer ice and a couple of napkins.

Ambiente pulito e curato, menù interessante e ben studiato, staff preparato e cortese. Abbiamo cenato da Inka un sabato sera e ne siamo rimasti tutti entusiasti (eravamo in 8). Il menù propone piatti curati, sapori originali e combinazioni davvero riuscite; ogni piatto viene raccontato e spiegato con passione quindi anche non conoscendo la cucina peruviana non si rischia di ordinare a intuito. Un applauso speciale allo staff: spettacolari! Cortesi, pazienti, sempre disponibili e con una lodevole attenzione al cliente. Ci hanno fatto sentire accolti dall’inizio alla fine. Serata riuscitissima, torneremo sicuramente. Mitici!

Location molto suggestiva, personale in gamba! Abbiamo preso il menù degustazione abbinato ai cocktail. Nel complesso buono ( deve piacerti la cucina piccante), forse del pane di accompagnamento per smorzare un po' il piccante potrebbe essere un idea valida. Un po' troppo pesanti quando si prenota un tavolo, non si può chiedere conferma su WhatsApp 3/4 volte per essere sicuri che il cliente venga.

Very interesting mix between peruvian and japanese food style. The Ceviche is delicious as the set menu and drinks. The staff is very helpful and ready to explain dishes and fabulous cocktails. Will be perfect to come here just for an aperitivo drink. Nice location. Very comfortable.
